You can always seek medical attention, this option is always available, even if your cannabis use is illegal.

From here this page is designed to be used as a tool to prevent panic during an episode of high THC exposure.

Don’t panic.

You are fine and everything is okay.

Here are some things to help.

Try water and light snacks

If it's ice chips or water, juice or squash just make sure you have a nice, preferably cold drink in reach.

Whatever you do, avoid alcohol as it can make you higher.

If you have some CBD use it

CBD has some magical powers which help you be less high. You can do this by smoking either a pure CBD blunt or vaping some CBD. You can also do this by putting some CBD drops under your tongue.

If you have a pet, give it a gentle stroke.

If stroking your pet is a familiar activity that usually makes you feel calm or warm your wonderful brain will hopefully zone in on the positive feelings it's feeling again and give you a gentle reminder that you are safe and sound.

You can always seek medical attention, this option is always available, even if your cannabis use is illegal.

Rest Up

Find a calm, quiet place where you can rest and breathe deeply and slowly. You can use the circles above if that helps you. Sleeping is okay too. If you fall asleep, make sure you are in a sensible place and it is safe to do so.

 Black Pepper + Lemon

Chewing a few black peppercorns provides an almost instantaneous relief from anxiety. It's so popular it's used in Amsterdam as "emergency relief", others claim lemon and up to 400mg of ibuprofen does the same thing but there is less proof.

Make A Nest

Why not feel safe? Grab all the pillows and the duvet and just build it however the heck you want, this is your moment. You're only going to experience it the once so make the most of it by making a comfortable nest and riding out this journey.
